CRITTER EVICTOR FOR GUARANTEED WILDLIFE ANIMAL REMOVAL
Our family, in varying capacities, has been serving our community honorably and charitably since 1919. Let us put these same attributes to work for you.
Lee Pitluk, owner of Critter Evictor, established the company after more than 25 years working in marketing. After this rewarding and successful career, he was ready to move to a more tangible, pro-active business where he could deliver a disciplined, detailed and effective solution to a real and often hazardous problem. “The key is results — we deliver a long-term solution without ongoing fees and fear of future intrusions.”
Lee says that while many companies, such as pest control services, are the specialists to call to eradicate insects, they should not be your first choice for raccoons, rodents and other wildlife nuisances. “About 30 percent of our business comes from people who have already hired one company, or two, that didn’t do the job correctly and didn’t prevent ongoing animal breaches,” said Lee. “We see this daily with ‘trapping, but no or limited exclusion work’, ‘tracking powder to find their entrance’, lack of understanding pertaining to roof construction (especially Tile and Metal roofs), a true misunderstanding of pier and beam blockage — or in the case of raccoons, trapping and removing the mother, leaving infants lost to starve in one’s attic.”
“Understanding the analytical brain of wildlife is much different than knowing about the simple act of survival displayed by an ant or a roach. Our methods work because we secure current AND future access points – these animals will not give up getting back in your structure until all potential access points have been shored up. We use proven tactics and strategies to help get people out of the cycle of trapping and fear – and back to enjoying their home,” Lee says.
Critter Evictor treats their customers like family, providing excellent service and our unparalleled 15-month warranty – covering the entire structure, NOT just the work we do. “But it’s normally not necessary, we’ve already secured it all! ”
He sums up his business this way: “If you have animals in the skeletal part of your home (attic, walls, chimney) or living areas, we will do what is necessary to clear the home (structure) and secure it from future intrusions. We use pheromones to run the larger animals and their offspring out, secure the structure via our detailed and diligent exclusion work and then monitor with scheduled visits to ensure that nothing was left behind. Our philosophy, is ‘One and Done’… Our sole objective: customers will not have to deal with animal control problems once we have finished our work.”
